A SMALL SITE
with a small footprint.

Information you provide

The contact form prepares a pre-filled email draft on your device. SourcePassport does not receive or store the information entered in the form unless you choose to send that draft from your email application. Your email provider and ours will then process the message under their own terms. The Field Notes section contains direct contact links and does not collect email addresses.

Readiness assessment

Your assessment context, answers, language, and progress are stored locally in your browser so you can continue or revisit the result. They are not attached to your identity and are not submitted to SourcePassport. Restarting the assessment removes this saved assessment state from the browser.

Optional beta interest

After completing the assessment, you may choose to share your name, email address, company, country, role, message, and consent to request information about the SourcePassport beta. When this intake is configured, the submission is validated on the server and stored in a protected Supabase database for review. If it is unavailable, the page offers the direct SourcePassport contact email instead. These contact details are never included in analytics events.

Analytics and technical information

Hosting infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamps to deliver the site securely and diagnose faults. SourcePassport also uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand page use and coarse readiness-assessment events, such as starting, completing, printing, or copying a report. Assessment answers, free-text fields, names, email addresses, and company details are not sent as analytics properties. SourcePassport does not use behavioural advertising trackers.

Local storage

The readiness tool uses one versioned local-storage record containing non-contact assessment state. This record is used only to restore the assessment on this device and is not used to identify you across sites. You can remove it by restarting the assessment or clearing this site’s browser storage.

Articles may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are outside SourcePassport’s control, so review their notices when appropriate.

Retention, deletion, and contact

Optional beta-interest submissions are kept only as long as needed to review and respond to the request. You may ask SourcePassport to delete a submission or answer a privacy question by emailing sourcepassport@outlook.com.
